Kushiro Hokusho (MOO)

Kushiro Hokusho is a salmon specialty shop with locations in MOO, Sapporo Maruiimai, and Sapporo Daimaru. They offer seasonal products like Tokishirazu salmon, Atka mackerel, and shishamo smelt in orders small or large. They ship all over Japan, and showcase seasonal seafood at Hokkaido Product Events as well. A particular recommendation is the Hokusho featured product Sanma Ichibanboshi. Offering a different flavor from raw, this fish is plump roasted, and the concentrated flavor and saltiness are truly divine.
