This shop makes and sells station bentos, or Ekiben, for JR Kushiro station. It's particularly known for using luxurious ingredients like crab, sea urchin, salmon roe or oysters. They consistently pull in huge crowds at Ekiben events in Tokyo department stores. You can buy a bento from the attached factory, or dine in at the shop.
