This sweet shop is a favorite with locals, in business for over 40 years. Their flagship product is the Fukutsukasa Jizake Cake, made with local sake. One mini box is ¥378. It's moist texture and sake aroma are fantastic. They also offer Sarurun 946, a cupcake with local mascarpone cheese and cream, developed in cooperation with local university students, and many other special Kushiro sweets.
