Akan Country Club
2017.3.01
This 27-hole golf course consists of the Marimo course and the Tancho course designed by the noted Seizou Tomizawa and the Pirika course created by Isamu Doi. This course in the woods offers just the right amount of ups and downs and is set within a natural forest that contains more than 20 species of trees, including Japanese white birch, Ezo pine, cherry trees, and elm. Golfers are often treated to the majesty of nature while on the course, such as stunning up-close views of Mt. Oakan and Mt. Meakan and on occasion Ezo shika deer and tancho crane.
