Hyakumian

Hyakumian has been utilizing only the best Tokachi-grown soba flour and Nemuro crab since 1964. They work hard and long time to offer the best flavors. The soba broth is made from elaborately dried skipjack tuna with chicken thigh meat. We recommend Warikosoba, offering 4 different types of toppings with green chlorella soba and toppings which calls to mind Tancho cranes in the marsh.
