Located in the middle of downtown of Akanko Onsen, the shop offers various processed products. Vacuum‐packed fresh kokanee salmon ( native to Lake Akan ) is a Lake Akan's specialty. Tsukudani, or boiled in soy sauce lake smelt is a long-selling product. Boiled crayfish is also popular. Kokanee salmon products are only available from May through July.
