You can see fresh saury and other fish brought straight from the ships docked at the wharf into the shop. It's claim to fame is not only the freshness, but also its very reasonable prices for seasonal seafood. They also have salmon and other goods from local seas, and home made soy-sauce pickled Kushiro salmon roe.
