Tancho Kushiro Airport:Kushiro City Tourist Information Center

This tourist information desk is located inside Tancho Kushiro Airport. Here, you will find a host of information on tourism and events taking place in Eastern Hokkaido as well as Kushiro. There are multilingual pamphlets available and a map of Kushiro and the surrounding area available in five languages, including English, Chinese and Korean. The friendly staff are available to answer detailed questions about recommended local restaurants and must-visit places of scenic beauty. Staff uniforms incorporate Ainu patterns as one way of communicating the region’s culture.
