Chikuroen Azumaya

Started in 1874, this soba shop is among the oldest in Hokkaido. Its green soba was first made using soba sprouts、 as a way to enjoy "New Soba" all year round; now it's colored with algae. The menu includes special dishes like Kashiwanuki, Rankiri (Egg) Soba, Cha (tea) Soba and Soba Sushi.
