Fishing season start in Lake Akan & Akan River from May 1st
The season ends November 30 in Lake Akan and October 31st in Akan River.
Lake Akan & akan River are home to a variety of fish including raibow trouts, Japanese char, and very popular fishing fields and receiving many anglers annuallyb both from inland and foreign countries and considered as one of the most enjoyable places in Japan.
The fishing license fees: 1 day 1500 yen/ 12 days ticket 15000 yen
The regulation; Hooks must be single & barbless

In this area, keeping fish is not allowded.
Akan River : Origin - Yukan Bridge
